We've enabled a "Like" button on forum posts and comments. Show some love. It tallies votes on our web site only. There is no connection to Facebook, MySpace, Friendster or even AOL (I've seen some of your email addresses - don't deny it).
It's at the bottom of each post/comment. Once you've liked, it goes from black to orange. If you change your mind, you can "Undo" your vote.

Is that similar to when a dog "likes" his own... comments?

No likes for you.....

Yeah, for some reason, the guy who authored the voting module hasn't seen self voting as something that people may not want despite requests for the ability. I'll have to cook something up for that. In the meantime, try to show some restraint in upvoting yourself. Something something about master of your own upvotes.(Seinfeld reference).
Now something strange is going on. I see big blank areas above or below posts.

Sorry, left a remnant of something while playing around with. Bizarre that it didn't show up for my admin log in, though. Thanks for the heads up.
Thanks. I'm soooo relieved. I thought I broke it by pressing my own like button too many times.

It reminds me of my theme song: "The Greatest Like of all."
