Couldn't you do that with just a jet ski or motorboat on any lake? Gee - I may be onto something. Pulling a guy on a board with a boat. Maybe I'll name it "Waterboarding."

Another problem - Terminus is not a safe place.

There is no off season.

I think there are trademark issues with that one. Somebody in Langley, VA has the rights.
