Christmas Party Dec 21 - More Details

I'll be hosting the Christmas Party Dec 21 6pm onwards (no school for the kids so stay as late as you wish)

Bring a dish, salad, dessert if you wish (or mooch, it's okay)> I'll do a roast and chili. Email me or ring me if you are bringing something so we can coordinate. We'll have beverages, etc.

Are we up for the White Elephant Gift exchange?

William - I am SO GLAD you have volunteered to have the party again this year. I love your home and all the space we get to have. Thanks to Randy for putting it on the last couple of years.

I vote yes for the white elephant exchange. I will also bring something to share - probably deviled eggs.

Josh and I are going to try to make it this year.
Are you planning on posting your address or directions or should I email you for them?

I am doing my best to produce another DVD for the party viewers. The DVD will also be my White Elephant present.

I hope I get it done in time.

This time it will be rather short but action packed.

The title is going to be, " Introducing The Windsurf Capital of the South East, Atlanta Georgia's own, LAKE LANIER"

I'll be there too. Will bring some beer to help lubricate a few stories out of everyone. Just need to know where 'there' is..

Drew and one of his friends and I will be there.

We have two videos to show.

1 "Introducing The Windsrufing Capitol of the South East - Lake Lanier, 10 minutes

2 "Marcel Zeman's Best Work" a joint effort between MZ and PeelSkid Productions. 19.5 minutes

If you ever wanted to see yourself in pictures, I think you will do so with "Marcel's Best Work".

BTW if you don't like the videos then keep your mouth shut. I don't need any back seat video producers lobbing comments.

Did we for sure decide on the White Elephant gift exchange? I am bringing three new windsurfers who went with us to Bonaire this year.

address again:
3227 Habersham Rd NW
Atlanta, GA 30305

If you sail sunday, you can come late. We'll save some food.

White Elephant: If you want to participate, bring a gift. Guidelines - it can be a regift, something nice, something someone thought was nice but isn't really, something windsurfing related (or not). Past gifts have ranged from a suit of armor, old fin, bottle of wine, old windsurfing video, bunny slippers to...

Some more folks who are coming:

>> Danny Johnson
>> Phil "canal boy" Kobierowski and his wife, Danielle
>> Alain Ciclet (and one of his sons)
>> and me

I've got 3 edited videos also that I'm trying to get in a decent dvd format by Sunday afternoon to show during the party. One is "Wha'SUP? -- A Local Intro to the Stand Up Paddleboard Revolution". Also, "OBX '08 -U Nvr No Wut Ur Gonna Git" and one of the Punta San Carlos trip. Mine can just run in the background for the fun of it. No focused attention required. Any comments welcome. Free copies of Wha'SUP? if you want one -- it is kind of cute and does a rather thorough job, I think, of showing the capabilities of the SUP's in wind, wave, and still water. (I can't imagine anybody would want the others. But, if you do, I'll have copies of those you can have too. )
