Elizabeth and I have been in Hatteras since Saturday -- the wind has been damn good -- Saturday was 5.8 (but cold), Monday 6.2, Tuesday 5.8, Wednesday 4.5, today 5.0!  The reef was huge yesterday with shoulder high swell and massive jumps with no shore break to worry about.  If you ever stay in Avon, and it is blowing out of the SW or N, you have to make it to reef -- the sweetest ramps you will ever see in any bay or sound.

I don't whether to laugh or cry at the fact that I will get more sailing time in one week here than 6 months back in Atlanta...
