I found this video the other night. What a wonderful bit of motivation for all of us. Now that it's getting warmer, I hope we all take the opportunity to try new things whether its just getting comfortable on a board or trying an advanced move. Have fun!

I should start trying Vulcans. It will totally disguise the sad reality that I can barely change directions 180 degrees without getting wet.

OTOH, at my age, I might "age out" before I have enough time to get in 100-200 attempts. Shok

Soon you will be doing flying gybes on the foil...
It was not long ago that you were learning to fly

We all need to keep learning new moves...especially anything that points us in the opposite direction
